This is a great kid-friendly version of cauliflower as it has a slightly nutty flavor and is crispy on top. It’s super easy to make and just a slight variation to baked cauliflower.

Preheat the oven to 400F


1 head cauliflower
4 – 5 about tablespoons olive oil
2  tablespoons breadcrumbs

Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Seasoning to taste

Trim the cauliflower and cut into small florets. Place in a bowl and toss with the olive oil. Then add bread crumbs, salt, pepper and seasoning. 

Put in an ovenproof dish and bake for about 20 minutes or until crispy.
