Blueberries are one of summer’s favorite fruits and one of only three berries native to North America. This crumble is a quick and easy, mouthwatering dessert.
Preheat oven to 375F
Ingredients:
4 cups blueberries
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup flour
½ cup rolled oats
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup soft butter
Butter an 8-inch square pan. Place blueberries in the pan. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl with a fork until crumbly and sprinkle evenly over the berries.
Bake for 30 – 35 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
