This flavorful salsa can be served as an appetizer or snack with tortilla chips or over chicken or fish.


2 mangos
1 jalapeño pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon cilantro, minced

¼ red onion, diced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tomato

Dice the mangos, tomato, jalapeño pepper and red onion in a small bowl. Add the cilantro (easily minced with scissors) and then the lime juice.
