This delicious and healthy dessert is so good, you’ll think you’re eating strawberry ice cream! It’s easy to make with just a few ingredients and perfect for a warm day.
1 pint frozen strawberries
1 egg white
2 teaspoons agave
Purée the frozen strawberries in a blender or food processor. Remove the strawberry purée and place in a medium sized bowl. Add the egg white and agave. Beat with a handheld blender for about 3-4 minutes until the mixture has changed in color and doubled in volume. Taste for sweetness and serve immediately.
Garnish with berries.
