This is an incredibly easy treat to make – and a wonderful, delicious gift!


24oz white chocolate chips or bars, broken into pieces
1 cup peppermint candies or candy canes, crushed

½ teaspoon peppermint extract

Line a large baking sheet or baking pan with wax or parchment paper.

In a double boiler, heat the white chocolate until melted. Add the crushed peppermint candies and peppermint extract, stirring until blended. 

Pour the mixture onto the lined sheet or pan and let cool completely. Break into small pieces and serve. The bark may be kept in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator. 


You can also use silicone molds to make different shapes with your chocolate.
