This is a one blender dip! In just five minutes you can whip up a tasty dip to serve with tortilla chips, chopped veggies, as a delicious side or healthy filling for quesadillas.


2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 small onion, diced
¼ cup cilantro, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon ground cumin

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 

Serve with tortilla chip or sliced vegetables.
