These sweet little fish are such a delight for a child’s birthday, a play date or to make any occasion special! 

Ingredients:

Sorbet – any flavor
Jelly candies

Button candy eyes
Cupcake holders
Pound cake, optional 

If using pound cake, cut into small circles with a cookie cutter or knife. Place in the bottom of the cupcake holder. Scoop a generous amount of sorbet and place on top of the cake. Slice the jelly candies into thirds so they resemble fins and nose. Decorate the scoops of sorbet along with the button candy eyes. If making multiples, stick in the freezer while assembling the others. 

Serve immediately.
